Doctors And Volunteers From AMCP And MCHC Work Together With Minnesota Department Of Health Staff Members To Assess Chinese Seniors’ Needs
On Saturday May 28, 20 11 , joined by Ms. Xiaoying Yang and Ms. Yaoli Li from Minnesota Department of Health, the Association of Minnesota Chinese Physicians (AMCP) and Minnesota Chinese Health Center (MCHC) leaders, including
AMCP President Dr. Hongsheng Guo, Vice President Dr. Zhiyi Sha, former President Dr. John Chen, MCHC Administrative Director Ms. Jenny Xia and MCHC volunteer leader Ms. Xia Li visited the Chinese seniors and provided consultations at the China Place (华夏之家). A survey was also conducted to assess the seniors’ needs including the possibility of a Chinese nursing home. |
